Temporary consulting work with the City of North Richland Hills. Responsibilities include implementation of GIS data for city use as well as for a new dispatch system for 911 services covering 4 cities. In this role I have worked dilagently with many city officials and departments to ensure uniformity, project deadlines, and quality between 4 cities unique guidelines. Gathered data from many sources and converted into workable GIS data, through the use of various tools, including access, excel, geocoding, locators, and analysis tools through ERSI ArcGis.

Gateway Land Services•Completed 24 projects with average cost of $1M - $3M and duration of 12-18 months on budget•Manage 2 technicians while working with cross-functional teams•Work with municipalities and governmental agencies to meet their requirements to obtain permits and /or permissions•Primary responsibilities include both land and seismic permit mapping•Maintaining relational databases and creating maps with updated information, mapping mineral information from title agents, following chain of title and mapping forward for HBP and mineral/surface trespassing disputes, converting tax roll information.
