Responsible for programming, setting up, designing and making work holding fixtures, running, inspecting, creating setup sheets, operator check sheets and deburring parts. Utilizing Mori Seiki and Fadal 4 axis machines. Also using HAAS UMC750 to complete intricate parts with tight tolerances. Able to complete 3+2 simple machining programs to efficiently make parts. Capable of full 5 axis simultaneous machining using Mastercam 2019 & Mastercam 2020.

CNC Lathe Operator, operating a live tooling dual turret dual spindle lathe. Inspecting parts making sure they meet the print and deburring. Occasionally running a CNC milling machine, inspecting parts and deburring.

Responsible for setting up and make simple parts on a Bridgeport. On occasion MIG or TIG welding parts for customers.
