I am passionate about people working. I am Vice President of Hipp Temporary Skills, Inc. which has serviced the Fox Valley for over 25 years. My father started the business to help those who lost jobs in the '80's. We strive to fulfill our customers' needs for employees and to provide our employees with gainful employment.I also am an attorney. I believe that I can fulfill anyone's labor and employment legal needs at a reasonable rate. As an independent attorney, I have been able to expand my expertise to include other matters. As anyone who has dealt with me knows, I am always responsive to his or her needs. I am excellent at legal research and writing. I am willing to cover for other attorneys when their schedules so require. I do not believe that legal advice should be prohibitively expensive. I am also always open to a challenge. If you receive a charge from the IDHR or the EEOC, I can respond in a cost-effective manner. If you need to file a charge to protect your interests with the EEOC or the IDHR, I can assist you in that as well.

AttorneySelf-Employed Apr 2007 - PresentAurora, IllinoisSince becoming an independent attorney, I have continued with my labor and employment practice. I have had significant success in representing plaintiffs in this role. Additionally, I have continued my practice of representing employers in matters such as enforcing non-compete agreements, defending against charges of discrimination, drafting employee handbooks and other labor matters. Additionally, I have expanded my practice to include drafting wills, litigating collection matters, and representing clients in residential real estate matters. My strongest quality is that I will take your legal concern as if it were my own. I am always attentive and am always quick to answer any questions my clients have.
