I provide guidance, training, and support to the administrative and board leadership of seven Boys Hope Girls Hope affiliates in the western half of the United States. As a bridge between the local affiliate and the International Office, the development and implementation of best practices in all aspects of mission fulfillment and impact is a primary responsibility.

Our department provides leadership and support to our network of 18 affiliates in organizational best practice, training, program execution, impact evaluation, and continuous quality improvement. We catalyze efforts to ensure that Boys Hope Girls Hope remains a learning organization committed to high performance where children in need realize their potential for lives distinguished by educational attainment, love for learning, resilience, and contribution.

I lead the organization through strategic initiatives, policy development, risk management, fundraising, communications, fiscal accountability, board development, and program services to maximize mission completion: young people breaking the cycle of poverty and realizing their potential as life-long learners and servant leaders.
