Senior Research Analyst, Business Insights
Current- Analyze the business decisions, sentiment, and demographics of NAR members through 35 surveys and focus groups providing actionable insights for NAR and REALTORS®
- Communicate with internal and external clients to understand and document business objectives, as well as keeping the clients updated throughout the research process
- Manage all aspects of developing and analyzing qualitative or quantitative research projects including meeting with clients to develop research objectives, design research instruments, analyze data, deliver report that.
- Moderate over ten focus groups annually to explore clients’ research objectives on topics such as fair housing, educational tools, and member services
- Lead policy research on the effects of COVID-19 on the real estate market through surveying NAR members and incorporate secondary data into policy reports and US Census data to compare, contrast, and validate results
- Perform descriptive statistics (ANOVA, T-test, Z-Test) using SPSS and analyze Net Promoter Scores (NPS) and open-ended statements to provide a deeper analysis of understanding quantitative survey data
