I am a former senior legal official with the U.S. Department of State, the U.S. Department of the Treasury, the White House and the National Security Council. I counsel clients on international regulatory issues that implicate U.S. national security and foreign policy, including CFIUS and other foreign investment reviews, export controls, FOCI mitigation and access to classified information, economic sanctions, anti-money laundering controls, and cybersecurity and data privacy laws.
