Directional Driller

• Provide solutions to complex drilling issues at the well site.• Operate intermediate radius to 3D long-radius horizontal wells, S-wells, J-wells, and performance drilling systems.• Operate with AutoTrak rotary steerable systems and conventional motor work.• Perform BHA design, bit selection, calculating hydraulics, as well as, Torque & Drag and Anti-collision Clearance Reports. • Monitor real time drilling optimization & hole problem mitigation• Conduct Root Cause Analysis and Risk Assessments• Experience with Horizontal Well using Gamma Ray Signatures• Experience with top drive, kelly and hydraulic-power-swivel rotary drive rigs.

1. Well Planning- complete surface to inseam well planning which includes radius bend, calculation for KOP, finding out coordinate for SE, KOP, TGT.2. BHA Design- finding out the lengths of non-mag. drill collars required, finding out the length of bit to directional sensor & bit to gamma sensor.3. Rigging up & down- sequence wise lowering BHA components and MWD tool down the hole, and following the SOP.4. Steering- projecting the well path with real time data, giving steer to follow the desired well trajectory, planning lipcut points, find out the position in coal seam.5. Ranging- finding out the deviation, projecting the exact position of target.6. Down hole Motors- adjustment of bend, changing bits,cross over & bearing pack etc.7. Paper work- preparing reports like focus gamma, end of radius bend, end of well. Maintaining daily operation log and inventory update etc.8. Project Management- preparing plan on MS project, tracking the progress, meeting with clients.

Learning the P4M LWD tools in a different country like West Africa in Ghana, Southeastern Africa in Mozambique Africa Offshore Drilling. Was also able to work in the Poland area on land drilling running 1200 combo P4M gamma Resistivity jobs.Ran ADR, EWR, DGR, PWD, HCIM, DDSr, PCD, PCG, and Geo Pilot

Lead M/LWD engineer. Manage MWD staff on location. Responsible for log quality. Worked on oil/gas wells in the following states Oklahoma, Texas, Arkansas, Pennsylvania. Operated Pulse, EM & P4M telemetry systems with numerous add on packages(gamma, resistivity, PWD, etc.). Exposure to 2 of Halliburton’s rotary steerable systems.EM on Air/ Fluids wells

I have been working all over the Arkansas and Oklahoma area Drilling for Natural Gas. Worked on projects in the Waco Texas area for New up and coming Tools and Software. Training new MWD's in the Company to give 'A" one service to our clients and costumers in a professional environment.

• Install conduit piping throughout the assembly unit• Responsible for assembling numerous gauges of wire; hence, finalizing the connection to the control panels of each unit.• Troubleshoot control panels for unit precision.
