Duties and responsibilities: Maintain the critical infrastructure of the facility to eliminate downtime due to equipment failure and/ or human error. Find and resolve problems before a loss of service occurs. Perform building rounds maintaining a constant check of equipment and reporting any problems to my supervisor and/ or the contractor. Changing lights, ballasts in the facility; take water chemistry on our chilled water system and cooling towers. Check for belt and bearing noises. Maintain the appearance of facility by means of regular painting and cleaning of physical plant.

Duties included: painting, caulking, and minor carpet cleaning repairs to plumbing fixtures. Also responsible for maintaining and repair of air conditioning in guest rooms and main lobby air conditioners. Set up conference rooms for meetings arrange/ rearrange furniture as needed. Supervised contractor staff on site for any work performed as needed . construction all while maintaining a low impact on guests and staff.

Duties include: Scheduled P.M’S on air handlers, filters, belts, motors and pulleys. Also responsible for maintaining ice machines and air compressors, keep a check on chillers and pump maintenance. Clean and maintain air conditioning units and diagnose and repair as needed. Clean cooling towers and maintain belts and bearings, handle all assigned scheduled work orders for preventative maintenance on equipment in a timely manner. Secondary duties were unscheduled work orders, furniture moves and lights and ballasts.
