I had been interested in personal development for quite some time and in 1999 decided to do a training course in Neuro Linguistic Programming with TV hypnotist Paul McKenna and Richard Bandler (the co-creator of NLP). That was the start of what was to become my new career. I subsequent embarked on various trainings, both in the UK and USA, and became a hypnotherapist and then a hypnotherapy trainer.
