· Accurate loading of bulk and route trucks, coordinated product movement between receiving and replenishment, maintained constant contact with loading personnel.· Oversaw inventory, physical counts and performed periodic cycle counts to verify outgoing orders ensuring that the associates followed proper procedures based on distributor’s schematics.· Prepare credit slips, accident reports, computer invoices, shift inspection reports, absence reports, repair orders and equipment replacement requisitions.· Receive, store, and distribute material, tools, equipment, and supplies throughout warehouse to sustain manufacturing and production activities.· Unload trucks, check in merchandise, reconcile purchase orders with sales orders, and distribute received inventory to designated production areas.· Operate heavy machinery, forklifts to move items from receiving and storage.· Facilitate inventory management; record inventory counts in company computer systems.· Generate reports documenting defective materials, questionable conditions, and quality benchmark results.· Excellent ability to focus on working efficiently across a multitude of tasks.· In depth knowledge of inspecting products in order to maintain quality and productivity standards.· Functional know-how of operating manual material handling equipment.· Solid knowledge of completing paperwork and maintaining a clean and neat work environment· Extremely reliable and safety conscious with solid experience in warehouse operations to include loading and unloading trucks; shipping and receiving; order picking / packing; staging and stocking.· Excel at accurately labeling freight, monitoring inventory, calculating and verifying quantities, and using computers to maintain records and track shipments within high-volume warehouse environments.· Proficient in the use of pallet movers, stand-up forklifts, swing-reach trucks, and order pickers; troubleshoot breakdowns and call for repairs
