Through my personal and professional journey, I have come to understand first-hand the need for environments that allow educators and students to be their best. I use research and evidence-based practices to design innovative solutions to systemic issues and to create environments in which people - staff and students - can learn and grow, delivering results at both the campus and District level.I have been in education for 18 years in both public and charter schools, serving as a teacher, campus leader, and coach. Additionally, I serve as a trainer and strategic partner with multiple non-profit and for-profit mission-drive educational agencies working to support educators.
