The nature of both legal entities is extremely different though inter-related, specialty chemical manufacture in UK and digital ink formulation and manufacture in USA. Both entities are reliant on innovation and market leading know-how and are supported by their own dedicated Technology Centers.

Overall responsibility for managing one of the largest digital ink manufacturing sites in the world with overall P&L accountability for both the US and UK legal entities.Responsible for successfully establishing 2 new regional (UK and USA) colorant and ink technology centres for the business with multimillion dollar investments in an ink formulation centre in USA.Responsible for establishing FFIC Inc as the centre of excellence for digital ink development and production for the Fujifilm Graphics Division whilst ensuring FFIC Ltd has established a market leading position for proprietary pigment dispersion technology and dye chemistry in the digital printing industry.Successfully positioned FFIC as leading player in supply of colorants and digital inks opposite several new market segments (including commercial print, textiles, decor and packaging) outside of traditional core consumer and office markets.Have focused the organisation on its growth strategy through the development and execution of a new business strategy for the aqueous digital ink market. As part of this have led the recruitment of a new Global Commercial Team and the investment in new manufacturing assets both in USA and UK to support changing market needs and product portfolio.

Responsible for all commercial activities including Sales and Supply Chain across Europe and Asia Pacific for the aqueous digital inkjet market.

Responsible for developing a multi-million dollar Performance Chemicals business unit opposite the petrochemicals industry.Extensive experience of business development across all global regions with establishment of both direct sales and major distribution and agency networks.Personally responsible for negotiating several long term multi-million dollar contracts with major industrial players in Europe and Middle East.Responsible for establishing technology licensing agreements with several East European partners as well as manufacturing agreements with large US chemical organisations.
