 Managed multiple work crews during continuous 24/7 operation.  Responsible for the successful management of six major reoccurring capital projects annually. Prepared and defended annual CAPEX budget and ensured that solid cash flow forecasts maintained throughout the year. Supported the management of equipment and service vendors to ensure that company and industry quality and other standards were met.  Successfully trained operation team members on understanding complex P&ID’s (piping and instrumentation drawings), General arrangement drawings, and schematics.  Developed local and federal regulations work and testing procedure.
