My legal practice focuses primarily on real estate, banking, commercial finance, and corporate and business law. I represent lenders and borrowers in commercial finance transactions, troubled debt restructuring and debt enforcement actions. I also represent lenders and developers in connection with the acquisition, sale, development and financing of developed and undeveloped properties, and represent lessors and lessees in the preparation and negotiation of commercial and residential leases. My corporate and business practice includes stock and asset acquisition and disposition, corporate, LLC and partnership formation and structuring, and general business matters. I am a licensed title insurance agent and write title for First American Title Insurance Company.I also practice in the field of estate planning, wills, trusts and probate law, where I represent succession representatives and heirs in succession administrations and estate litigation, as well as trustees and beneficiaries in matters involving trust creation and administration.Aside from work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two daughters, as well as participating in and watching sports. My favorite to watch is my daughter, whose soccer skills have taken us around the world.
