I joined Ancora Holdings in 2019 and currently work as a Vice President within the Private Wealth and Institutional Asset Management Groups. Within the Private Wealth Management Group, I’m responsible for advising client capital across asset classes in order to meet customized risk/return profiles. I also advise clients on a wide range of personal financial strategies such as tax, insurance, and estate planning, as well as advising on a wide range of business financial strategies including risk management, capital allocation, and incentive plan structures, among others. I cover a client base which consists of high net worth individuals and businesses. Within the Institutional Asset Management Group, I’m responsible for capital raising for the firm’s proprietary equity, fixed income, and alternative investment strategies which include shareholder activist and multi-strategy hedge funds as well as a special situation co-investment program. My responsibilities also include working with institutional investment committees to provide guidance on capital allocation, due diligence, and manager selection in order to meet specific IPS mandates as well as advising on governance policies and strategic planning, among others. I cover a global institutional client base.Prior to Ancora, I worked as an Analyst in the Investment Management Division at Goldman Sachs. I was responsible for capital raising for the firm’s proprietary private equity, private credit, and hedge fund strategies, as well as other professionally managed investment strategies covering an institutional client base.I started my career in 2016 at BNY Mellon in New York City as an Analyst in the Investment Management Division. During my tenure at the bank, I obtained the Series 63 to go along with the Series 7 that I obtained while still in college.
