As an Aerotek Sr. Internal Recruiter, I am a member of our Corporate Talent Acquisition Team. I am responsible for all steps associated with Talent Acquisition while managing and developing a team of Internal Recruiters in my respective region. By building relationships with DBO’s (Director of Business Operations) who are my main stakeholders; I work as part of their management team to ensure their staffing needs are met. I also am responsible for building Aerotek’s brand across college campuses as well as networking groups, fraternities/sororities, clubs, and organizations. I identify a diverse pool of candidates and build relationships with each candidate from the first point of contact, and into their employment with Aerotek. I also conduct training and development on Behavioral Interviewing strategies and techniques, as well as consultative meetings on hiring needs, projections, attrition and retention. I am held to individual and regional team goals centered around candidate submittal numbers, attrition/retention and self-development.
