As a Senior Site Specialist, duties included inventory management tasks such as: order entry, expediting, customer service call resolution, on-site program replenishments and disbursements.

Responsible for transferring of goods, capital assets transactions, and movement transactions utilizing the current MRP system. Also managed the calibration program which consisted of ensuring items that are out of calibration are returned to be recalibrated.

Performed logistics activities necessary to insure the accurate and efficient processing of customer orders. These activities may include, but are not limited to, monitoring the order processing cycle shipping and receiving functions.

Managed shipments to domestic locations and international countries.

Provided training to active Sauidi national guard members in the area of supply chain functions.

This position focused around Aviation Logistics and the aspects of technical supply management work, work which included Inventory Management, storage management, cataloging and property utilization as it related to distribution depot, local or other supply activities. Worked with MIS computer system to properly identify, locate, create and update inventory parts in the system.

Serving as point of contact for three Resource Specialists within the Gateway to College Program. Advising students on program requirements and academic goals. Taught mandatory college success course required for graduation. Evaluating student's academic history and education, including transcript evaluation.
