Dr. Brian Weikel has led teams of data scientists and engineers that have developed, evaluated, deployed, and maintained scalable analytic and optimization algorithm solutions that are used to measure advertising, promotion, and marketing effectiveness, and to improve the expected returns of future marketing budgets. Prior to his work at Nielsen, L Bands, and Marketing Analytics, he conducted econometric modeling of risk at Morgan Stanley. His current consulting engagements and research focuses on causal inference using experimental design methods, regression adjustment, machine learning approaches, and Bayesian networks.
