As a certified Bartender I managed the bar facilities for the club. Continuously worked private parties for members as well as banquets and weddings. Responsible for all aspects of the member care.

Worked all aspects of in processing for new/transfer/reassigned employees. Lead incoming employee briefings, which could vary in size and content. Worked with the deployment of civilian/reservists. Also handled a number of clerical activities including creating quarterly productivity spread sheets and internal audit spread sheets. Involved closely in setting up and submitting applicants for background checks.

Job entailed going door to door offering free estimates on windows and siding. Skills necessary, ability to talk comfortably to strangers and different demographics.

Door to door surveys of the amount of members living in housing in certain areas.
