Resicentral is an up and coming contender in the mortgage lending industry. Our overall vision was to leverage technology to lower loan costs through a combination of automated services and keeping the user experience completely online. I was brought in to help expand the automated capabilities of the system and get borrowers through the application process quickly by implementing automated functions and task-focused applications integrating with 3rd party entities. Our primary goal was to get borrowers to the Underwriting stage in the mortgage process on the same day they applied. This gave our company a huge advantage in quickly determining loan viability at the early stages of the loan application process.Primary developer for multiple integration services with 3rd party platforms. This work involved planning and coordinating with the operations business and external service providers to design and develop a fully functioning web application which handled core functions for the company’s operations i.e. Underwriting, Loan Estimates & Disclosures.

As part of the core development team, I was heavily involved in a focused 5 year team effort to expand our test platform footprint and establish a majority presence in the global testing market share boosting our support contracts and sales with additional test suites and device automation features.Had a daily involvement with confidential customer projects which required a heightened sensitivity to the disclosure and transparency of project oriented details in order to maintain the onsite operational security of customer NDA contracts.Self-directed learning of Bluetooth RF and TTY signaling technologies to provide the necessary technical expertise for the support and development of our test products. Applied this knowledge and experience to our software communication platforms and scripting logic to develop a redundant, fail-safe and automated testing product.
