Developed residential restoration and Construction Company to include all management, financial and quality aspects of small and medium sized jobs including renovations in kitchens, bathrooms, garage conversions, painting and remodeling. Successfully learned trade, hired and managed team, managed subcontractors to meet customer’s needs.

Worked for Jonathan Kraft to develop a dot com business to leverage their assets in packaging to form BuyBoxes.com competing with Uhaul and other suppliers of moving supplies. Formed a partnership with Staples to continue operations in this industry. Assisted in food and beverage during conversion to new stadium with managing over 400 people and featured on Channel 7 news as "the new friendly face of Foxboro Stadium". Developed an international packaging sales channel, Global Packaging Services, in Europe and Southeast Asia leveraging high level executive relationships through the NFL and Kraft Group connections.

Developed marketing, managed technical development, program development of multi-million dollar customer order management system. Additional successes included design, development and sales of Y2K Asset Management Services. Resulted in $4.5m in revenues, Awarded President's Club '98, Regional Service and Service Superstar Award.

Project work for Accenture Consulting, IDC (IBM research) and others including:Improved MBA recruiting process for Strategic Services Division; Analyzed and identified recruiting procedures within more successful regions/divisions; Part of core team at Accenture to develop Best Practices guidelines.

Formed US and Hong Kong subsidiaries; which included development of target markets, hiring of employees, in charge of sales, managed laboratories/testing facilities. Results include ROI of 67% in first year. Post graduate school, Colorgen was purchased by X-Rite (and offered a position at X-Rite).
