This position provides technical project management support for GRF and its supported communities. The Technical Project Manager manages and oversees all aspects of a project including scope, cost, schedule, internal staffing, outside vendors, and contractual deliverables in support of GRF and its supported communities.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS• Define and create the charter, scope detailed work plan for each project• Manage projects with top-down oversight throughout the entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline• Manage all necessary project documentation, and maintain the work efforts in line with the project plan• Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled project progress reports • Develop an effective communication plan to provide GRF and partner communities with project goals, priorities, milestones, status, risks, and issues to keep the project on course• Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget, and at the required level of quality• Escalate any significant issues to GRF management and key stakeholders as needed• Support and guide GRF-supported communities and programs to ensure value is provided to members • Collaborate with internal teams and strategize to increase member engagement and participation• Perform additional tasks to support communities on an as-needed basis
