My role is to manage Sales budget, control financial targets, develop and expand the offering of services to achieve a higher standard of operations and sales. This involves managing a large number of staff and monitoring SBU and individual performance. My role has developed into operational support management and development within the Bank of Ireland group. My remit is a combination of sales and standards development across 16 restaurants in Ireland and UK (approx.8000 retail customers per day). This involves working closely with the client to identify and develop new eating concepts, to agree budgets and targets and to oversee a high standard of service at all sites. My role also involves undertaking hygiene, health & safety and financial audits and making recommendations on changes to be implemented to meet industry standards. I deliver training and coaching to unit managers to implement standards and drive profits.
