-Investigate and prosecute Complex Financial Crimes involving Corporate Fraud, Bank Fraud,Securities Fraud, Embezzlement, Bankruptcy Fraud, Mortgage Fraud, Identity Theft and IntellectualProperty and Trademark Infringements. Conduct witness and subject interviews and provide written reports to prosecutors. Analyze financial and other data for case development. Liaison with other state, county and city law enforcement agencies as well as private industry regarding the investigation of criminal activity and prosecution. Writing of affidavits in support of search warrants and seizures. Preparation of Operational Plans and presentation of briefings for arrests and search warrants. Testify before grand jury and trials.-Acting Supervisor and Primary Relief Supervisor overseeing personnel file reviews, time andattendance, Executive Management meetings, personnel issues, inspection issues and FBIHQ coordination and liaison.-Work directly with Assistant US Attorneys in the development of prosecution strategies, trial preparation and trial.-Currently working for Disney World Security, Orlando, Florida.
