I am a dedicated Packaging Engineer with 15+ years of meaningful experience in creating sustainable, functional, and cost-effective packaging for cosmetics/personal care products.As a very technical and detail-oriented individual, I was naturally drawn to the engineering field. During my time at Rochester Institute of Technology, I discovered my passion for packaging science, as it is the perfect balance of engineering and creative aesthetic design. I also found the field to perfectly align with my interests in printing and photography.After being in packaging engineering roles for over a decade, I transitioned into a product development role both out of curiosity and a desire to experience a new environment. I have come to enjoy organizing and leading teams in a different capacity and have found that my analytical skills come in handy when solving problems and finding creative solutions to execute product launches.My personal philosophy as a professional is to treat everyone equally and with respect. I make sure to evaluate facts and have supporting data to make informed decisions. I have always helped my team develop the soft skills necessary to advance their careers and become influential leaders.Outside of work, I enjoy cooking Michelin star recipes for my family.
