Responsible for the strategic planning, coordination and execution of the conversion and retirement of Banklink, a commecial Cash Management platform. Scope include all technical, product, marketing and sales activities associated with converting 120 of Fiserv largest banks ($1b-$10b) over to a Small Business platform. Key challenges that required detailed planning and well orchastrated follow through were product parity, client transparancy and end-client disruption. Artifacts included program and project plans,monthly Executive briefings, requirements documentation, client / data mapping and scaleable transition strategies.

Treasury Management - eChannel, Strategic initiatives

Developed and executed a Business Internet Strategy launching three products targeting Micro (<$500K), Small Business ($500K - $2M) and Corporate Business market segments. Five year P&L includes $72M in revenue and $48M in cost. Turned program profitability around from -$250K to $1.1M in first year.

•Deployed FleetBoston’s (Bank of America) Internet Corporate Cash Management suite. Managed a large Business and Technology team in the design, vendor selection, development and rollout to Domestic and International markets.
