Lead Project Estimator
Current- Estimate and negotiate work by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents- Manage client expectations and create value by listening to client needs and maintaining a radically transparent style of communication- Estimate the projected time frame needed to complete projects by developing a duration schedule, and assume additional factors like labor needs, materials, budgets and potential setbacks- Establish a construction process and articulate the assumed process to project managers, foreman, and carpenters- Cultivate, manage, and maintain working relationships with subcontractors, vendors, architects, and designers
