With over 16 years of coaching experience at the high school and college levels, thirteen of which have been at NCAA Division III universities, I have developed a proficiency as a teacher of the game, recruiter, fundraiser and budget manager. Teaching is my passion and my fundamental belief is that you cannot be a great coach unless you are a great teacher. The student athletes I have recruited have aggressively competed on the court and achieved post-season accolades, while becoming exemplary students in the classroom. Along with my coaching duties, I am the Health Education Center Manager at the Pierce College Puyallup Campus. The position has allowed me to improve my administrative skills while assisting in the growth of the Pierce College Athletic Department and the establishment of the fitness center.
