Against Cancer brings smiles to children who are fighting against cancer.Every year, Against Cancer organizes several major events for families with children affected by cancer. Through these events, we aim to provide unforgettable experiences for both the children and their families, giving them a day free from the worries, fears, pain, and uncertainties associated with cancer. Among the events that Against Cancer organizes are the annual Circuit Day, Golf Against Cancer, Bakers Against Cancer, and several family vacations.

As a coach and servant leader, my aim is to promote effective self-organization within the team. I ensure that all Scrum events are conducted efficiently and within the designated time frame while maintaining a positive and productive environment. As a member of the management team, I implemented structural changes to the IT landscape of the Electronic Patient Dossier (EPD), with a focus on improving customer satisfaction and increasing product availability.These changes resulted in a clear and efficient onboarding process for clients and services, combined with greater job satisfaction for the team as routine tasks were automated.

As a consultant, I served as a knowledgeable point of contact for our clients in translating their work processes into the configuration of the Electronic Patient Dossier (USER).I also acted as the project manager for the implementation of the offered software and services at our clients' sites.
