Managed a budget of $25M Research development, test and evaluation budget and $220M procurement budget. • Responsible for the cost, schedule, and performance requirements are met for program. • Ensures complete logistics support, fielding issues are addressed during field planning activities.• Led a team through the final stages of the test phase of the Juliet D software upgrade meeting a new theater requirement 8 month ahead of the schedule ensuring protection of our aircraft in theater.

•Served as Assistant Product Manager/Operations Officer during Validation Exercises (VALDEX) for the command and control of all Mission Engineering Assessment Directorate (MEAD) personnel and served as Field Services Representative during Network Integration Evaluations (NIE) execution. •Subject matter expert and key advisor to unit leadership on the integration fielding, training, operation, and employment of the systems being evaluated. •Developed an interactive project tracking tool visible to the entire 35-member civilian/contractor team that increased productivity and advanced the Common Missile Warning System production rates and led to a successful software integration.
