I have had the unique experience of working for one incredible company my entire career: from Sales, to Technical Support, to Product Management, and now to General Contracting. I have learned the importance of building relationships and solving problems for customers, architects, contractors, sales reps and co-workers. Throughout my career with Garland, I have had the opportunity to see nearly every facet of the business, including: sales, new product development, marketing, manufacturing, operations, accounting, and most interestingly, our Mergers & Acquisitions Committee. Very few people these days are fortunate enough to find an organization where they can grow each year and enjoy going to work each day. Maybe it is because Garland is an employee-owned company, or maybe we just find great people to join the Garland family. It has been a fun ride!
