The Solutions Architect (SA) works with the pre-sales team as a technical designer identifying client requirements for custom display solutions and developing sound technical solutions that fulfill those requirements in a reliable and cost competitive manner. After the sale the SA works closely with a Project Manager to execute the project to successful conclusion. The SA manages all technical aspect of the project including design & integration in the factory and onsite. During the execution process the SA interfaces with subject matter experts to complete the detail design; review the design with the client to ensure once constructed will meet their expectations; test part or all of the solution before leaving the factory to ensure a problem free installation and then work with contractors to install and tune the solution onsite.

The Training and Development Engineer will collaborate with internal and external engineering resources in the development of ongoing training for new hires, existing employees and customers. Responsible for: Administering facilitated training and development of training assets.Responsible for the development of training assets: Documents, videos, job-aids and presentations for internal and external technical staff.
