My employment and intra-company training have provided me with the necessary skills to be successful in a customer service, customer success, supervisory and client relationship role. I have a desire to provide efficient and quality service to all customers and have been trained through pervious jobs to do so. My ability to learn new programs, skills, software, and job roles from others is a strong attribute I possess. This contributes to my overall great skills in working as a team. I am a highly committed, self-motivated and resilient problem solver who is able to quickly understand a client’s needs and to then be able to organize the resources to satisfy the clients’ requirements. I have a reputation as being a fast learner, who is dependable, organized and will go above and beyond to get the job done. I am a friendly and courteous Customer Support Specialist who has good interpersonal skills and the ability to resolve customer issues. My good social communication and problem-solving abilities make me a good fit for any company. On a personal level, I enjoy helping family and my community in various ways which was the focus of my time and efforts during my self-induced employment hiatus.
