January 2013: Since inception Brian has successfully recruited personnel, developed strong working relationships with a network of experienced Associates and grown the company. NordPro currently provides qualified technical, operational and skilled trades management personnel to 5 companies in the region. Our personnel have managed major projects such as the Cochenour Shaft and High Speed Tram development for Gold Corp. Red Lake Mines and the construction of the headframe, hoisthouse and ventilation system at North American Palladium's Lac Des Isles Mine. During the past 3 years we have completed studies for KWG Resources, Harte Gold Corporation, Inspiration Mining, Pacific Northwest Capital and El Nino Ventures. We are currently working on Feasibility Studies for Stillwater Canada, Treasury Metals Ltd. and Brigus Gold (Grey Fox Project). Our Environmental group has provided assistance to several companies and is currently permitting the Sugar Zone Advanced Exploration Project for Harte Gold.

NordPro has the ability to do engineering studies from Scoping to Feasibility Level, provide detailed mine design, mine planning and scheduling, stoping methodologies, deposit optimisation, equipment selection and evaluate ongoing capital or maintenance upgrades.

Thunder Bay, Ontario

Hired as the Project Manager to manage the Shebandowan West Advanced Exploration Project. Developed the mine site, collared the portal, developed ~600m of underground workings and extracted a bulk sample for metallurgical testing. Later worked on the design and Scoping Study for the Offset Zone Project at the Lac Des Isles Mine.

Tembagapura, Indonesia

Assumed the role of the Project Manager/Superintendent of the AB Tunnel Project with responsibilities for development of the Grasberg underground and the Lower Big Gossan mine. Previously held the position of Relief General Superintendent/Relief Superintendent for the Big Gossan and AB Tunnels Projects.

Lac Des Isles Mine

Managed the technical services department at the Lac Des Isles Mine for both the open pit and development of the Roby Zone underground. Redesigned the Roby Zone underground mine and managed the construction of the infrastructure required to bring the mine into production.
