Brian LeClair has posted real health care accomplishments across both the private and public sectors. While initially grounded in the world of insurance agency marketing and distribution, Brian then translated those skills into elected and appointed public service in the Minnesota Senate; the Minnesota Governor’s Office; and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. As a member of the federal government’s Senior Executive Service, Brian took charge of $12 billion annual budgets, and layered in significant reforms to improve direct health care services for vulnerable and isolated Americans.
