Co-Manage Taylor, MI depot, including: 30 Route Sales Representatives, 12 Swing Relief, 6 Loaders and 2 Mechanics• Responsible for complying with Union laws for Loader BCT 326 and Local 51 Teamsters. • Conduct critical weekly business reviews with Route Sales Representatives to ensure the reconciliation of all inventory and sales, including overages and shortages, and to inform them of upcoming programs and promotions. • Managed Key Account calls, including program presentations and maintaining strong business relationships. Including working with other Key Account Representatives to carry program initiatives and promotions to Route Sales Representatives.• Maintained depot budget, including, but not limited to: entire labor force, with Union laborers’; all building maintenance, supplies, and travel expenses.• Other responsibilities include: o Weekly payroll including ManPower temporary workforceo Building maintenance and ordering of supplies.
