The scope of work included contract negotiation, selecting subcontractors, on site supervision and insuring the customers desires were met in a cost effect and timely way.

Primary Duties - working with LBCAP, a 501 non profit, I assisted in setting up their outreach to Multi unit dwellings. The LIHEAP/Weatherization program is a Federal and State Energy efficiency construction program that insulates and repairs homes and apartments. I personally outreached, income qualified and provided in-home assessments on 400 units in 4 months using Federal and State guidelines. Additionally I set up a power point presentation with links and details, describing the scope and process to identify and outreach enough apartment complexes to sustain the company for the next 5 years.
