Lee is the senior and managing partner in the Fresno office of Lenahan, Lee, Slater and Pearse, a regional firm specializing in workers compensation and employment litigation founded by Don McMurchie and Tom Files and which has been in continuous operation in Sacramento since 1952 and in Fresno since 1981. Mr. Lee graduated from University of California at Berkeley with a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Political Science in 1979. Mr. Lee then attended McGeorge School of Law, graduating with a Juris Doctorate degree in 1983. Mr. Lee has been with the law firm since April of 1983 where he started as a law clerk in his third year of Law School. He has been a partner with the firm since 1988. His practice is devoted to workers' compensation defense, including serious and willful misconduct claims and claims of unlawful termination in violation of Labor Code Section 132a as well as subrogation rights against negligent third parties.. He has appeared in virtually every workers' compensation appeals board in central California. Mr. Lee has been married to Cici Christiansen Lee since August of 1980.
