• Advise and execute M&A transactions across several industries on behalf of family- and entrepreneur-owned entities, corporations and private equity firms/financial sponsors.• Create information memoranda, management presentations, marketing materials and financial analyses for potential buyers/investors, thereby developing significant knowledge of client’s operations and strategies. • Perform detailed company valuation analyses (leveraged buyout, discounted cash flow, precedent transactions and comparable companies) and due diligence on clients including detailed review of financial, product and customer trends.• Assist in management of buyer due diligence process, including facilitating Q&A and maintaining electronic diligence rooms.

Provides capital markets services, including market intelligence, loan structuring support and syndication, to CapitalSource’s Corporate Finance and Healthcare Finance businesses in support of private equity sponsored transactions. • Responsible for preparation of offering memoranda and presentations, running bank meetings, selling transactions to investors, and negotiating legal documentation. • Leads the syndication process from the beginning of the transaction through due diligence and the closing of the deal. • Negotiates term sheets and related documentation for senior and junior capital underwritings. • Maintains strong relationships with middle-market, institutional investors, hedge funds and mezzanine providers to stay on top of leveraged lending markets.Specialties:Debt capital raising, mergers and acquisitions and preperation of offering materials.
