First and foremost, I love great design and aim to continually learn and experience influential built environments. I graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, earning both my Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies degree and my Master of Architecture degree. During my studies, I honed my architectural skills and eye for design studying at the Ecole Nationale Superieure d’Architecture de Versailles in France for a year and at the Technische Universität München in Germany for a summer. Gaining architectural experience in the field, I have worked at Hirsch Associates, Loebl Schlossman & Hackl, and Legat Architects. To help maintain my love for architecture professionally, I am an associate member of the AIA and a LEED accredited professional.After working at architectural firms, I worked as a tour guide in Chicago both sharing my love and knowledge of the city while gaining valuable experience with public speaking. After successfully giving tours for two years, I was promoted to being the Tour Director and Head of Group Sales. In this role, I hired, trained, and managed around twenty tour guides. Under my direction, we were able to significantly improve the quality of the tours while also improving the company’s internet rankings.Currently, I use my unique background to act as Arcspec's liaison to the design community and contractors helping to cultivate relationships and produce great projects.
