(In Charge of US Sales Operations)-Manage daily US and South America sales operations-Communicate with potential clients in ID card printer Industry.-Responsible for Product delivery through various types of forwarding and couriers(Import/exports)-Handle the AP/AR Process.-Promote company products through various channels including but not limited to online marketing, catalogs, websites, social media, brochure, leaflets, etc.-Managing existing customers while prospecting potential customers.-Responsible for Income & expense reports.-Manage stock/Inventory.-Manage annual tradeshow at ISC West at Las Vegas.

-Trading chemicals with vendors located in Korea and Japan to customers located in U.S.-Daily communicate with customers, vendors and logistics companies to support and facilitate the delivery of products imported from South Korea and Japan-Receive and issue purchase orders and invoices: Process the purchase orders and invoices through company’s ERP system-Manage and track the flow of shipments that come from oversees-Handle the AP/AR processes

Manage South America accounts including Mexico, Peru, Columbia, Argentina, and Chile including order process, International shipments, creating Pro-forma invoices, billing, A/R, and working as liaison between USA branch and HQ in Korea.

-Develop new potential customers through telemarketing and online research-Sell company products and increase sales volume -Advertising and Marketing-Providing technical support -Translating work manuals
