PRC pricing strategy owner Lead the team owning pricing strategy for PC, Tablet and IoT devices in PRC; --Set pricing strategies for go to market/market penetration by building up decision making framework, and guiding partner teams of product, marketing and sales in execution --Develop pricing strategies for target segments to maximize business returns via achieving effective balance between market share and profitability;2. Business operation management Lead cross functional projects to support PRC top new initiatives; Manage Intel’s investments on pricing incentive programs for key partners, conduct ROI analysis, define success metrics and build up tracking dashboard ;3. Pricing implementation management Design pricing model and deal agreement for PRC hosted customers, including MNCs (i.e. Lenovo /Huawei/Xiaomi), Local OEMs, CTE (China Tech Ecosystem) ODMs and Channel customers;  Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key internal stakeholders across product, marketing, sales, finance group etc.;

1. Pricing approver for PRC customers --Charge of Lenovo, Huawei, Xiaomi, PRC Channel and local OEMs pricing approval on PC Client side --Develop new pricing support model for PRC CTE customers (China Tech Ecosystem) on Tablet, successfully ramped Intel’s share from 0% to 15% in 2 years. --Architect a new pricing structure for PRC local OEMs to drive Intel business growth with healthy channel balance2. Target setting for sales team Build up robust models to track and forecast the market trend and competitor’s movements; Identify the business priorities and objectives, set PRC consumption target for each sales team and evaluate it thru monthly review

-Frame and prioritize market opportunities, analyzing competitive advantages and influence Intel China product and pricing strategy-Co work with product team and division to manage the product roadmap, including analyze the market demand, propose product positioning and refresh cadence-Evaluate individual deals to understand incremental revenue and share growth opportunity, provide pricing support to sales team-Build up robust models to track and forecast the market trend -Provide pricing guideline and roadmap training to field team
