Added API features like user action logging and results filtering to the AskOski course guidance project using Python, Flask, and SQL for data storage. Assisted students in 3-hour lab sections of 30-50 with programming and circuit debugging. Answered questions about lab content and helped small groups of 3-4 solve problems in Jupyter Notebook. Responsible for checking off groups by asking questions to demonstrate understanding of lab material.

Instructed students during 8 hour-long private sessions per week on concepts and algorithms in Python and Java. Taught and reinforced topics such as basic lists, function structure, webscraping, and API usage. Built interest in programming, understanding of syntax, and use of general programming conventions among students.

Invited back to work in Stanford University's Center for Food Security and the Environment (FSE) as a paid research intern focused on data analysis and visualization for research applying data science to agriculture. Developed full workflow for analysis of concentrated animal feeding operation wind impacts in North Carolina using R geoprocessing and ArcGIS Hydrography modeling. Processed, visualized, and compared crop data from the World Bank LSMS survey to other major sub-saharan crop datasets in terms of crop yields, intercropping, and child stunting using R and Stata. Generated test data for visual machine learning identification of farm and crop locations with satellite imagery. Compared crop map data to county-level crop maps in the U.S. Corn Belt using Google Earth Engine, Python, and R.

Worked in Stanford University's Center for Food Security and the Environment (FSE), contributing to research focused on the relationship between groundwater usage and electricity prices in India. Digitized, aggregated, and mapped groundwater usage and electricity price data for India using R. Webscraped data for EU crop yields and India groundwater usage using Selenium for R.
