After graduating from Georgia Tech with a B.S. in Computer Engineering and a M.S. in Electrical Engineering, I worked for over 6 years at the Georgia Tech Research Institute where I was a software developer and ultimately a client-facing project director/task leader for 6 highly visible Windows applications owned by the U.S. Government. I managed software development contracts pertaining to these applications, and I had oversight over several co-op students and as many as 5 other full-time research engineers. I recently graduated from the Boston University School of Management with an MBA and a MS in Information Systems. I interned over the summer of 2010 at the Accenture Institute for High Performance where I performed research and analysis on the Consumerization of IT trend, and I continued to work for them on a part-time basis. Ultimately I co-authored a published article on the Consumerization of IT: http://www.accenture.com/us-en/Pages/insight-world-consumer-it-crash-course-executives.aspx.As part of my MBA education, I was a member of a student consulting team that worked for Philips Healthcare and their "Emergin" hospital alarm management middleware solution. As part of this project, I interviewed stakeholders, studied the competition, analyzed industry trends, and delivered to our client product strategy recommendations based on this analysis.Since 2011 I have been at Pegasystems where I am a member of the technical pre-sales team.
