Oversaw experiential based training operation for a very large, interprofessional simulation lab. Lead, supervised, and mentored a team of frontline managers/supervisors and 75+ full & part-time associates. Guided curriculum development, managed instructional design, and consulted on educational methods and modes. Designed, developed, coordinated, managed activities and staff of the SIM-NE program. Responsible for the successful operation of the four mobile simulation trucks and associated equipment as they were used across the state for on-site, high fidelity simulation training for healthcare professionals. Budgetary control of operating costs, revenues, grant and philanthropic funds. Frequently met with C-suite professionals, philanthropists, healthcare leaders, government officials, and the public regarding the SIM-NE program and its ongoing development/sustainability. Developed and refined course curricula, resources, and assessments, as well as, ensuring compliance with professional educational requirements.
