Support via phone and TeamViewer.• Administer/troubleshoot LANs & Configure/Repair devices for customers.• Manage the companies GPS, (Nextraq) distribution and online console.• Manage Airwatch’s Mobile Device Management (MDM) console.Projects:• Negotiated cost with AT&T when we switched from Verizon to AT&T.• Setup over 150 cell phones, per user requirement, single handedly.• Researched our MDM app, learned it, and implemented it onto all of our smart phones.Note: I did this while being the only IT employee on staff between 4 different locations. I am still the only IT member on staff.
