Looking for and IT professional with customer service orientation? Someone with analytical and problem-solving skills, flexible, with a customer focus and empathy?My name is Brian Serapio. I have more than 5 years of experience providing Customer Service and IT Support, from final users of one of the biggest electronics multinationals, to corporate users of the main producer of oil, fuel and derivatives from Argentina.With a main focus on solving issues and empathy with the other party, I'm currently working as a Semi-Senior Help Desk Analyst, considered internally a Level 1.5 support, where some of my activities are: implementing complex installation procedures, troubleshooting unknown issues, investigation, test and implementation of solutions or workarounds, and ticket creation and escalation if needed, documenting troubleshooting, tests and results obtained.Also, having completed my post-seconday technical studies, I'm a Superior Technician on System Administration. It gave me knowledge about IT, Servers, Networking, Active Directory, Information Security, ITIL, ITSM, Service Management, Quality of Service, Metrics, ISO 9001, 20000, 200001 and 270000, General Administration, among other things, wich allows me to partake in activities, interact, analyze and understand the needs from the IT point of view and its links with other sectors of the company.My dedication to the service, to give the support needed, and to strive for a better service are my best tools to improve the support that we give and to bring satisfaction to the user/customer.
