Over 20 years’ experience of consumer credit with a deep expertise in the collections sector. I’m passionate about ensuring that a customer’s experience of interacting with businesses is fulfilling, respectful and personal. The current climate has forced a new outlook for many and has shown that all customers have the potential to be vulnerable and in need of help. I’m heavily invested in helping firms put fairness at the centre of their customer service and produce better outcomes as a result.Ensuring that customers have great service means that we need to make it as easy as possible for them to interact and manage their accounts in a way and at a time that is most suitable to them.
