Retailer support for the Approved Certified Pre-Owned Program. - Comprehensive reporting of CPO Results, metrics target setting and retailer KPI's. - Assist with Retailer inquiries to correct system and retailer errors within JLR Canada Warranty and Reporting systems. - Facilitate Retailer Approved Certified Pre-Owned Inventory feeds to Jaguar and Land Rover.ca sites ensuring all JLR Standards are met. - Coordinate Media & SEM Marketing initiatives with Global Agency to align with JLR strategies. - Manage Company Demo budgets, reporting to Global Team, meeting and exceeding targets and inventory levels. - Provide administrative assistance with National Fleet Sales to Daily Rental companies such as vehicle ordering, allocation and incentive processing.
