Fabrication, Paint, Warehouse Supervisor/Quality Control/Safety/Maintenance - I was hired to be the direct assembly technical support, new product development and introduction (coordinated with offsite engineering). In doing this, my main tasks were to fix legacy product issues, coordinate with vendors, design and make tooling for fabrication and assembly. I also ran and participated in continuous improvement and 6S projects designed to improve efficiency. After 5 months, I oversaw the Fabrication and Paint departments where improvement processes and new layouts were implemented. I started with Mensor as an intern where I would analyze of processes and procedures related to the manufacturing, quality, and testing of product. I was also able to assist product engineers, the production manager, and R&D with troubleshooting, data collection, tooling, and point of use line design.
